Step 1: Access the Escalation Matrix
Log in to the portal https://console.blusapphire.com where the escalation matrix configuration is available.
Navigate to the "Escalation Matrix" section to begin the configuration process.
Step 2: Configure Escalation Levels
Level 1: Enter the Contact Information
Email Address: Enter the email address of the contact person for Level 1 escalation.
Phone Number: Enter the phone number of the contact person for Level 1 escalation.
Level 2: Enter the Contact Information for the Superior
Email Address: Enter the email address of the superior to Level 1 for escalation to Level 2.
Phone Number: Enter the phone number of the superior to Level 1 for escalation to Level 2.
Level 3: Enter the Top Escalation Contact Information
Email Address: Enter the email address of the top escalation member (Level 3).
Phone Number: Enter the phone number of the top escalation member (Level 3).
Step 3: Review the Escalation Matrix
Double-check the information for all three levels to ensure that the correct contact details are entered for each escalation level.
Step 4: Save the Escalation Matrix
Once the information is correctly entered for each level, click on "Update Escalation Matrix" to save the configuration.
