At the root configure mode, Enter the command `syslog view` To view the default configuration. 1. To change the facility, enter the command `syslog facility ` 1. where facility is the category which should be sent to Log Collector. 2. To start logging to the specified facility, enter the command `syslog add ` 1. To verify that the host and facility are correct, enter the command `syslog view` 1.
